The faculty exchange program is a valuable opportunity for institutions to enhance their academic community and promote national and international collaboration. These programs give faculty members the opportunity to get involved with two or more institutions, allowing them to teach, conduct research, and share their expertise in their respective fields.

Faculty members can engage in joint research projects, collaborate on publications, and participate in and conduct conferences, workshops, and seminars, etc. Such interactions contribute to the academic growth of both institutions, foster a culture of knowledge, and promote innovation.

In this regard, IVS motivates its faculty members to take part in faculty exchange programs by disseminating information about events organized by different institutions, such as conferences, workshops, seminars, and special lectures, etc. The college collaborates with other institutions and encourages members to share and enhance their ideas and expertise in their respective fields.

IVS organizes various events for the professional development of faculty members. In these events, eminent resource persons from reputed universities and organizations such as the University of Delhi, Jamia Millia Islamia, Indira Gandhi National Open University, the National Council of Educational Research and Training, and the State Council of Educational Research and Training visit and share their knowledge.
